Fast-tracked as an infrastructure IT and building technology leader at global coworking space provider, WeWork. Through the years, Chad was integral in ensuring the success of M&A integrations, carve-outs, and franchise TSA agreements, as WeWork embarked on an ambitious growth vision and constant evolution of assets and strategy.
As Vice President of Technology, Architecture, and Solutions and acting CTO, Chad consistently demonstrated significant business impact via digital transformation, successful global deployments, and innovative AI solutioning that powered global expansion and hyper-scale, seamless customer experiences, game-changing sales enablement and data visibility, and critical collaboration across a globally distributed workforce.

First being full program management of the IT infrastructure both the build out and configuration for 1 World Trade Center's first tenant.
Shortly after I joined WeWork as an early early employee and scaled technology for a company that grew from 900 employees and 10 locations to over 15,000 employees and 1,000 buildings, while ensuring best-in-class experience for 400,000+ members worldwide. During this time, he scaled and led a 400+ global organization through a failed IPO, a full organizational restructuring as the company stabilized, and subsequent IPO via SPAC, all while maintaining operational excellence and positive team NPS
Prior to joining WeWork, I held progressive roles at Cisco VARs,, as Head of Transformation and Program Management doubled as a solution architect for high value clients such as Conde Nast, Hearst, Media General, NYCHA, Heath First, and SiriusXM.
When out of the office, I spend my time at my house in the Catskills, summers on the boat and winters on the snowmobile. Weekends in between are spent doing work around the house like chopping wood or building something with my hands, unless the Buckeyes are on TV The refuge of the wilderness allows me to reflect on previous weeks work and plan ahead for success.
